Pennsylvania Court is a modern residence located on the main University Streatham Campus. It is less than 1 mile from the City Centre and is approximately a 20 minute walk.
All bedrooms are ensuite and include a shower, toilet and wash basin as well as complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge and safe. All bedlinen and towels are also provided.
Several rooms at Pennsylvania Court are on the ground floor. If you have a specific disability/access requirement, please request this in the Additional Information section of the booking form.

Food and Drinks
Bedrooms at Pennsylvania Court are let on a 'Room Only' basis (giving a cheaper alternative to Bed & Breakfast), therefore catering facilities are not available.
Should you wish to opt for Bed & Breakfast please choose either Holland Hall or Mardon Hall.

Streatham Campus, where Pennsylvania Court is based, is set in over 350 acres of landscaped grounds, parks, woodlands and lakes.

Free car parking is available at Pennsylvania Court for the duration of your stay. A permit will be issued upon check in.
Internet access is available via your own laptop through the telephone line in the bedroom. Please ensure that you bring a data cable with you, although there are a limited number of cables that can be hired for a refundable deposit. There is no charge for this service. A password giving guest account access will be issued upon arrival and this can be arranged at the Porters' Lodge upon check-in.
Iron and ironing boards and a laundrette are also available within Pennsylvania Court.
Other on-campus facilities include a mini supermarket (open weekdays), cash machines, vending machines, payphones.

Directions: By car from the M5:
Leave the M5 at Junction 29, signed Exeter Airport. At the traffic lights at the end of the motorway off slip road, turn right onto the B3015, signed City Centre, and at the first roundabout turn right, signed Exeter Business Park.
Go straight over at the next two roundabouts, signed Pinhoe, and join the Monkerton Link Road. At the traffic lights bear left onto the B3212, signed City Centre. Take the right-hand lane and at the second set of traffic lights turn right, signed University.
Pass under the railway bridge (Polsloe Bridge), drive up the hill and at the fourth set of traffic lights turn right onto Mount Pleasant Road, signed University. (Henry’s Bar is on the corner of this junction).
At the first roundabout take the second exit onto Union Road. Continue to the first set of traffic lights and turn right up the hill onto Pennsylvania Road. Drive a short way up the hill and then take a turn left onto St. German’s Road, followed by a quick right turn into Pennsylvania Court & Lopes Hall.
From Exeter St. David's Train Station:
The University Campus is clearly signed posted from the train station and is approximately a 20-30 minute uphill walk. Alternatively there is a taxi rank at the station and is a short taxi ride away.
